We are a family run company based in Chelmsford covering surrounding towns around essex. At Heat Serv Essex we employ a team of highly trained and professional engineers with over 30 years experience in central heating installations, bathroom and gas services, central heating repairs that will always be completed at the highest quality. All of our engineers are registered with the current Uk safety regulations that include gas safe registered and all of the water regulations.

We are committed to completing every job at the highest standard from the smallest of repairs to a brand new heating system, a designer bathroom or underfloor heating. We work with all industry approved manufactures, we also have a good relationship working alongside boiler makes such as baxi and vailant and becoming approved installers.

What we do?

Power flushing – As some of you may know radiators produce iron oxide, this can be very unhealthy for your central heating system as it creates a black sludge that will be circulating inside your radiators, pipe work and boiler eventually clogging up and may require a new boiler. This situation can easily be rectified by using a powerful magnet that is connected to your pipe work collecting all of the iron oxide. Our aim within this company is to provide you with a fully clean system and therefore will help your boiler working at its highest potential. We use 2 magnets double the size of the normal one that will be installed in your property and go round each individual radiator agitating it therefore making the iron oxide go towards the magnet.

Boiler Installations

We cover a wide area in the south east including all of Essex. At first we will carry out a site survey before the installation is carried out. Once you the customer and our team is happy and we have agreed on choosing the correct system we will send you a free written quotation by email or post then agreeing a suitable and convenient date and time to install the new system.

Boiler system replacements

If your boiler has unfortunately broken down our highly trained engineers will come out after a date and time has been confirmed we will do our best to fix it. However if that isn’t the case and you require a new boiler in the same place as the existing, we will remove and dispose the old boiler install the new boiler to the existing supplies. We will then update your system and clean it therefore making your boiler healthy and within building regulations.
